Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 11 August 2026Coverage: goods entering the United States

This policy sets out how to cancel an Importica subscription and when a refund is available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Summary

The seven day trial is free and takes no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. If you subscribe afterwards: cancel any time, in one email, and a full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment. After that, cancelling stops future renewals and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

1. The free trial

The Service starts with a seven day free trial. It requires no payment card, nothing is charged for it, and it does not become a paid subscription on its own. If you do nothing at the end of the seventh day, the daily alerts simply stop, though we may still email you about subscribing until you unsubscribe. Nothing on this page applies to the trial, because there is no payment to refund and no renewal to cancel. If you would like the emails to stop sooner, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

2. How to cancel

Email our contact form from the address on your subscription and say that you want to cancel. No form, no retention call, no hoops. We will confirm in writing within one business day.

3. What cancelling does

Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. Your subscription remains active, and you keep receiving the daily email, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off early.

4. 14-day refund on a first payment

This applies to your first payment as a subscriber, which is separate from the free trial that precedes it. If you are within 14 days of that first payment and you are not getting value from the Service, ask us and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to both the monthly and the annual plan. You do not have to give a reason.

5. Renewal payments

Renewal payments are not routinely refundable, because you are notified before each renewal and can cancel beforehand. Two exceptions: if you were charged after having asked to cancel, or if a renewal was charged in error, we will refund it in full. If you contact us shortly after an unwanted annual renewal and have not used the Service in that period, we will look at it sensibly rather than hide behind this paragraph.

6. Failure on our side

If we fail to deliver the Service for a sustained period, for example if the daily email stops going out, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period, whether or not you cancel. If we terminate your subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. We process approved refunds within five business days; your bank or card issuer may take a further five to ten days to show it.

8. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first, because we would far rather fix it directly, and we can usually do so the same day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us slows the resolution for everyone involved.

9. Contact

All cancellation and refund requests: our contact form. Written notice may be sent to CrushDaily LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
