Effective 11 August 2026Coverage: goods entering the United States

This policy explains what CrushDaily LLC (“Importica”, “we”) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We collect as little as the Service needs: an email address, the business profile you use to decide which alerts reach you, and whatever your command center holds, meaning your archive of past alerts, your deadlines, and the details of anyone you hand a task to.

1. What we collect

From this website: your email address, and the business profile described below, both of which you enter on the sign-up page when you start the free trial. Nothing else is collected on this site.

Your business profile. You give us this on the sign-up page when you start the free trial, before any payment and before you are a subscriber, and we ask for the same profile from everyone who receives the alerts. It is the information we use to decide which alerts reach you, and it is the only reason we hold it. In full, it is:

  • Your business name, which we use to address you in the daily email and which names your command center.
  • What you sell, described in your own words, plus any HS codes you give us or accept from our suggestions.
  • Regulatory characteristics of your products, meaning whether they are children's products or toys, contain a battery, plug or wireless component, touch food, skin or the body, are made of wood, bamboo, leather, fur or feathers, or make antibacterial, disinfectant or pest-control claims.
  • Marketplaces you sell on, such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay or Etsy, including the country marketplaces where that applies.
  • Storefront platforms you run your own store on, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix or Squarespace.
  • Advertising platforms you use, such as Meta, Google, TikTok or Amazon advertising.
  • Software tools you depend on, such as listing, analytics, repricing or inventory tools.
  • Payment processors used at your own checkout, such as Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Square or Amazon Pay.
  • Ship-from ports and regions your goods leave from.
  • Entry ports your goods arrive through, and the US region where your inventory lands.
  • Fulfilment providers and warehouses you use, such as Amazon FBA or a third-party logistics provider.
  • Delivery preferences, meaning which categories of alert you have chosen to receive or switch off.

Every field is optional. Answering fewer of them simply means your alerts are matched more broadly. We never require any of it as a condition of subscribing.

From your command center: the archive of alerts we have sent you, which deadlines you have marked done, any task you have added yourself, and, where you hand a task to a colleague or a partner such as your broker or forwarder, the name and email address you give us for that person. If you name someone else, you are asking us to hold their details for that purpose, so only name people who would expect to hear from you about it.

From payment: nothing during the free trial, because we take no card for it. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details, and we receive only the transaction record and subscription status, never your full card number.

From email delivery: standard delivery data such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or bounced, used to keep the Service working and to know when an address has gone bad.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or receive your marketplace credentials, seller account data, sales figures, supplier contracts, or customs filings. We do not connect to your seller accounts. We do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

3. Why we use it

To deliver the daily email, to match alerts to your profile, to keep your command center working, meaning your archive stays readable, your deadlines stay accurate and a task you hand to someone reaches them, to take payment and manage your subscription, to answer your support messages, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We also use your email address to tell you about subscribing when your free trial ends, and occasionally afterwards, until you unsubscribe. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link and one click stops them for good. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to run the Service: our email delivery provider, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and our accountants. Each is bound to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as you are on a trial or a subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can tell you about subscribing and honour refund, tax and accounting obligations. If you unsubscribe from the email list we stop sending immediately and retain only what is needed to ensure we do not email you again by mistake.

6. Your rights

To stop the emails: use the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email, which takes you to our unsubscribe page. It takes effect immediately, and no reply from us is needed. We ask an optional question about why you are leaving; you can ignore it and still unsubscribe.

To access, correct or delete your data: use our contact form and say which of the three you want. We respond within thirty days.

To cancel a paid subscription: that is separate from unsubscribing. Unsubscribing stops the emails but does not stop billing. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Importica does not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

Wherever you are, we apply the same process. If you are in the UK, the EU or anywhere else with its own data protection law, use the contact form to ask for access, correction or deletion and we will handle it the same way and within the same thirty days.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses OpenPanel, a privacy-first analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you around other websites, and shares nothing with advertising networks. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The sign-up page keeps your answers in your own browser as you fill it in, so nothing is lost if you close the tab and come back. That stays on your device and is not a tracker: it is only read by the form itself, and clearing your answers on the page removes it.

If we add advertising pixels later, we will update this section before they go live and, where the change is material, email trial users and subscribers as section 10 describes.

None of this changes section 6: we do not sell your personal information.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypt data in transit, and limit access to the small number of people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what to do about it.

9. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact

If we change this policy materially we will email trial users and subscribers before the change takes effect. Questions: our contact form. Written notice may be sent to CrushDaily LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
