Terms of Service

Effective 11 August 2026Coverage: goods entering the United States

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Importica website, the Importica weekday email intelligence service, and the command center provided with it (together, the “Service”), operated by CrushDaily LLC (“Importica”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Importica is an information service, provided on a free trial and then on a paid subscription. On each weekday we send you an email containing summaries of regulatory, logistics, marketplace and product-safety developments that we have matched to the profile you have given us. Trial users and subscribers receive the same email. The Service also includes your command center: a private web page holding your archive of past alerts, your live deadlines as a to-do list, and the ability to hand a task to a colleague or partner. There is no login and no password. The command center is reached by a private link, unique to you, which we send you in your alerts. Anyone who has that link can open the page, so treat it as you would a password and tell us if you need it replaced.

2. Not professional advice

The Service provides general information and journalism about publicly available developments. It is not legal, customs, tax, financial or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship of any kind. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance obligations and business decisions. Before acting on anything reported in the Service you should consult your customs broker, attorney, or other qualified professional.

3. Accuracy and sources

We monitor a large number of public sources and take reasonable care to report them accurately, citing sources so that you can verify any item yourself. We do not warrant that the Service is complete, error-free, or that it will identify every development relevant to your business. Source material may itself change or be withdrawn after we report it.

4. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

The Service begins with a free trial of seven calendar days. The trial requires no payment card and nothing is charged for it. During the trial you receive the same weekday email a paying subscriber receives, matched to the profile you provide.

The trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. At the end of the seventh day the daily alerts stop unless you choose to subscribe. We may then email you about subscribing; those messages carry an unsubscribe link and stop as soon as you use it. Because we hold no payment card during the trial, no charge can arise from it, and there is nothing to cancel.

If you choose to subscribe, subscriptions are offered on a monthly plan at $149 per month and an annual plan at $1,188 per year, in US dollars.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the rate you signed up at, for the same period, until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details. You authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

There is nothing to cancel during the free trial: no card is held, nothing is charged, and the daily alerts stop on their own at the end of the seventh day, or sooner if you use the unsubscribe link in any of them. Once you subscribe, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Permitted use

Access to the Service, whether on a free trial or a paid subscription, covers one operating business: a single company selling its own goods, described by a single profile. You may share alerts internally with colleagues at that company. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, syndicate or provide the alerts to third parties, whether free or for payment, and you may not use them to produce a competing service. These restrictions apply from the moment you receive your first alert, including during the free trial, and they continue to apply after a trial or subscription ends in respect of alerts you received while it ran.

Freight forwarders, customs brokers, sourcing companies, agents, agencies and anyone else wanting to use the Service on behalf of more than one business needs a separate arrangement with us, on a trial as well as on a subscription. Contact us and we will price one.

7. Intellectual property

All editorial content, analysis, design and branding in the Service is owned by CrushDaily LLC or its licensors. Underlying facts and public source documents are of course not owned by us; our selection, matching, wording and arrangement of them are.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrushDaily LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost inventory value, penalties, detained shipments or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, on a free trial or a paid subscription, where it breaches these terms, in particular the permitted-use section. A trial may be ended at any time on that basis, and because nothing is charged for it there is nothing to refund. Where we terminate a paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.

You complete a profile describing your business when you start the trial. Where a profile does not correspond to a single operating business, we may hold it for review for up to five business days before the Service begins, and we may decline it, in which case no trial and no subscription starts. Nothing is charged in either case, because no payment is taken before the trial. Where a profile is declined after a subscription has been paid for, we refund that payment in full. Your fourteen-day refund period runs from the day the Service begins, not the day you pay.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify trial users and subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: our contact form. Written notice may be sent to CrushDaily LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
